If you/your student/customer has applied for OSHC, OVHC or other insurance and the relevant premium has been paid to Policy Sure, we will refund the premium only if their visa is not granted.

You/sub-agent acknowledge that you are not entitled to any commission in relation to the premium refunded to a client.

The provider will issue all approved refunds to the agent/sub-agent (less any commission already paid and international transaction fees), for forwarding to the client. The agent/sub-agent must promptly forward such refunds along with a refund of any commission already paid, ensuring the client receives a full refund of the premium.

Under other circumstances, cancellation and refund are subject to the policy of each individual provider.

The time for releasing a refund is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after all required documentation is submitted.
